SOLITAIRE JEWELLERY operates this website and the physical store at Sehet Aeen Seke, Borj El Brajneh, Beirut, Lebanon. These terms apply when you browse the website, use a customer account or place an order.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Please check your products, quantities, delivery area and contact information before placing an order. Checkout totals, discounts, delivery charges and stock are verified by the server when the order is submitted.

An order submission is a request to purchase. Receiving an order reference confirms that the request was recorded; it does not prevent us from contacting you if information, availability or delivery arrangements need to be confirmed.

Product availability can change. Stock is checked during checkout, and items may be reserved for a limited time while an order is pending. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may decline or cancel the affected order and will contact you where reasonably practicable.

Product prices and the order currency are shown on the website. The website does not add tax or VAT to an order. Delivery charges are separate and depend on the selected delivery area.

We may correct a clear pricing or catalog error before accepting an order. If this affects your request, we will provide the corrected information so the order can be reviewed.

Cash on Delivery is the available payment method. Payment is made in cash when the order is delivered.

Delivery is currently available within Lebanon only. Delivery charges vary according to the selected delivery area and are shown during checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate address and a phone number at which you can be reached. Delivery timing can depend on the destination, product availability and successful coordination. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, customer or delivery information cannot be verified, delivery is not available to the selected area, a clear catalog error exists, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request, but cannot promise that a change is possible after processing or delivery has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact SOLITAIRE JEWELLERY as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. Any rights available under applicable Lebanese law remain unaffected.

Please keep the item and its packaging available while the issue is reviewed and provide photographs or order details if reasonably requested. This page does not establish an unconditional return, refund or exchange programme.

Any product-specific warranty or after-sales support will be stated with the product or confirmed by SOLITAIRE JEWELLERY where applicable.

We aim to present product names, descriptions, dimensions, variants, colors and images accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how color and scale appear. Only product-specific details expressly shown on the relevant page or confirmed by us form part of the product information; no unstated certification or commercial warranty should be inferred.

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully or interfere with its security or operation.
• Attempt to access another customer's account or restricted administration areas.
• Use automated or abusive activity that disrupts the store or other customers.

We take reasonable care to operate the website securely and keep information current, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. The website may be unavailable for maintenance, security work or events outside reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOLITAIRE JEWELLERY is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from website interruption or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
